Ted Jenkin is a national TV expert and a serial entrepreneur. Ted built a 2.5 billion dollar wealth management company, oXYGen Financial, as his very first business and sold it in 2019. He has since sold several more businesses, and owns or is on the board of eleven different companies.

Lee Heisman is a nationally recognized M&A negotiator and a serial entrepreneur. Lee has advised and negotiated on more than 1 billion dollars of deal value as well as personally built and sold four businesses, all in different verticals. Lee's multi-discipline background allows him a unique perspective to build and construct deals at maximum enterprise value for other business owners.

Ben Hollifield is the VP of Business Development at Exit Stage Left Advisors supporting the firm's marketing, deal flow, and sourcing efforts. Ben has been responsible for securing over $150 million in deal flow & closings in 2023 alone. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Ben holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of North Georgia with M&A studies from the NY Institute of Finance.

Alex Brown brings extensive experience to his role as VP of Business Development at Exit Stage Left Advisors, having successfully sold his own business to a publicly traded company in 2018 and current investor in multiple Zerorez Carpet Cleaning franchises. His 25-year background in sales, marketing, technology, and consulting allows him to connect with business owners across industries and guide them through the complexities of selling a business.

Grant Schuette is a Vice President at Exit Stage Left Advisors, assisting in financial analysis and due diligence processes. He is an experienced advisor to small-to-middle-market businesses, working in mergers and acquisitions, valuation services, and litigation support.

Lyla Jenkin graduated Summa Cum Laude from Auburn University, where she studied Psychology and Marketing. As the Research & Marketing Manager at Exit Stage Left Advisors, she thrives on both the analytical and creative aspects of the job.​

Jamie Philipson is a native Atlantan and a graduate of Georgia Southern University. Jamie has an entrepreneurial spirit at heart; she heads up the client relations and business development for Exit Stage Left Advisors.

Molly Ryan studied Business and Studio Art at the University of North Georgia. As a Junior Analyst at Exit Stage Left, she applies both her creative and methodical sides to ensure frictionless data analysis and communications throughout the exit process.

After growing up in Birmingham, AL, Elizabeth Elrod went on to get her Accounting degree from Mercer University in Macon, GA as well as receive her Master of Tax Accounting degree from the University of Alabama. Once completing her degrees, Elizabeth practiced in public accounting as a tax accountant for 12 years. To achieve a more flexible lifestyle, she switched gears to bookkeeping, and couldn't be happier in the space.
